We’re so grateful for your trust in us at Luisa Lempe Aesthetics. To ensure we provide the best possible service to all clients, please carefully review and acknowledge the following policies.

ARRIVAL TIME

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures we can begin your treatment on time and provide you with the full experience you’ve invested in.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s time, and you will still be responsible for the full value of your investment. To maximize your results, we encourage prompt arrival.

AFTER HOURS

For appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours, a Private Access Fee of $100 per hour applies in addition to treatment investment.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES

Life happens, and we understand that schedules shift. To protect the integrity of our time together, 24 hours’ notice is required for any reschedules or cancellations. This allows us the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours will result in a loss of 50% of your retainer for the booked treatment.

In the case of an emergency or contagious illness, please contact us promptly. We’re happy to reschedule without penalty if you or someone in your household is unwell.

SICKNESS, CONTAGIOUS ILLNESS, OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

Your health and safety are our top priorities. If you or someone in your household is sick, experiencing symptoms of illness, or has been exposed to a contagious condition (including COVID-19), please reschedule your appointment.

There is no cancellation fee for this, as we want to ensure the well-being of everyone in our space.

For safety, please complete our illness questionnaire sent with your appointment confirmation. If it is not completed, your appointment may be cancelled. Masks may be required for certain treatments; please check with us beforehand to ensure a smooth experience.

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS

Our automated scheduling system provides three reminders:

  1. Initial Reservation Confirmation – Sent immediately when your booking is placed, with treatment details, time, and location. No action required.

  2. Confirmation Reminder – Sent 48 hours in advance. You must click the link provided via text message to confirm. If not confirmed within 48 hours, your booking will be automatically cancelled.

  3. Final Reminder – Sent 24 hours in advance with your treatment details, date, and location.

If you need to adjust your appointment, please reach out via text message or email directly.

CANCELLATION / “NO SHOW” POLICY

To honor the time of all clients, we maintain the following policies:

  • Cancellations/Reschedules: Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel without penalty. Changes within 24 hours will result in a loss of your retainer.

  • No Show: If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment without communication, you will be charged 100% of the total investment.

  • Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel the same day, your charge will be processed in two transactions — one for the retainer and one for the remaining balance.

For adjustments, please contact us by text, call, or email. Instagram DMs may not be seen in time and should not be used for appointment changes.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Clients must be 18 years of age or older to obtain treatments. Those under 18 require a parent or guardian present for the duration of the appointment.

GIFT CARDS & RETAIL ITEMS

Please note that gift cards and retail items are non-refundable. They may be exchanged for credit only if unused and unopened.

LIABILITY & CONSENT

By acquiring an appointment with Luisa Lempe Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the policies outlined above. You also affirm that you are responsible for your well-being and agree to inform your esthetician of any conditions or sensitivities that may affect your treatment.
