ARRIVAL TIME

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you may still be charged the full cost of the service.

CHANGING YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, except in cases of contagious illness as described below.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or timeframe required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients. An illness questionnaire is sent with every appointment confirmation and must be filled out prior to your appointment, or your appointment may be cancelled. You must wear a mask upon arrival and for the entirety of your appointment unless receiving facial treatments.

CANCELLATION / “NO SHOW” FEE

Those who fail to cancel/reschedule their appointment within 24 hours will lose their deposit fee of their scheduled treatments. Those who fail to contact Luisa Lempe directly and miss their appointment without prior notice, will be charged 100% cost of booked services. Please note you may be charged in two separate transactions if you cancel the same day of your scheduled appointment.

You must be 18 or have a parent present at the time of your service. By booking an appointment, you agree to all of the policies on luisalempeaesthetics.glossgenius.com.

Gift cards and retail items are non-refundable.

Cancellations MUST be made by texting/calling the suite and leaving a voicemail/speaking directly to staff or through email.

Instagram DMs are not always seen and will be charged as a “no show”.
