ARRIVAL TIME
We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This ensures we can start your treatment on time and give you the full attention you deserve.
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to accommodate the schedule of our next client, and you will still be responsible for the full cost of the service. To maximize your treatment, we encourage prompt arrival.
APPOINTMENT CHANGES
Life happens, and we understand that sometimes schedules change. To avoid any fees, 24 hours’ notice is required for any reschedules or cancellations. This gives us time to offer your spot to another client. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in a loss of your deposit for the booked treatment.
In cases of an emergency or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible. We’re happy to reschedule without penalty if you or someone in your household is unwell.
Sickness, Contagious Illness, or Family Emergency
Your health and safety are our top priorities. If you or someone in your household is sick, experiencing symptoms of illness, or have been exposed to a contagious condition (including COVID-19), please reschedule your appointment. There is no cancellation fee for this, as we want to ensure the well-being of everyone in our space.
For safety reasons, we ask that you complete our illness questionnaire sent with your appointment confirmation before your visit. If it’s not completed, your appointment may be cancelled.
Masks may be required for certain treatments; please check with us beforehand to ensure a smooth appointment.
CANCELLATION / “NO SHOW” POLICY
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure fairness to all clients, we have the following policy:
Cancellations/Reschedules: Please give 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment without penalty. Any changes made within 24 hours will result in a loss of your deposit for the service.
No Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior communication, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the booked services.
Same-Day Cancellation: If you cancel the same day, you will be charged for the service in two separate transactions — one for the deposit and one for the remaining balance.
We encourage you to contact us directly through text, call, or email to cancel or reschedule. Instagram DMs may not always be seen in time, so please don’t rely on them to communicate appointment changes.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive services. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be present for the duration of your appointment.
GIFT CARDS & RETAIL ITEMS
Please note that gift cards and retail items are non-refundable. They may be exchanged only for store credit if unused and unopened.
LIABILITY & CONSENT
By booking an appointment with Luisa Lempe Aesthetics, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the policies outlined above. You also acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own well-being and agree to inform your esthetician of any conditions or sensitivities that could affect your treatment.
