Why do you require a deposit to book an appointment?

A non-refundable deposit and valid card on file is required upon booking to ensure that your reservation is secured. Specific preparations are put into motion for you the moment your booking is accepted into the system. Your deposit acts as a payment to your service provider for the time and resources that were spent on your scheduled reservation, in the event that you don’t show up. This deposit amount is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. In the event of illness or extreme unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be credited towards your next scheduled experience.

Are your products vegan friendly?

Yes! All of the products that we work with in the treatment room are vegan, cruelty, paraben, phthalate, fragrance, sulfate, and GMO free. We also provide oncology, pregnancy, and breastfeeding safe skin care!

Why don’t you perform extractions for all of your facials?

It’s true and a little taboo, but we do not perform extractions every single facial for every single guest. This is because not everyone needs extractions. As a professional skin therapist, we are trained to know what we should and shouldn’t extract. In fact, poor methods of extractions or performed by untrained hands can lead to skin scarring. Factors such as the health of your skin barrier, current home care regimen, and severity of the acne will determine when extractions will be performed. My number one goal is always to ensure that you leave your experience feeling far better than when you came in while maintaining the integrity of your skin at the utmost priority!

I’m the parent of a teen with acne, which treatment should I book?

Can I receive a treatment after getting Botox or fillers?

It’s advised to wait 3 - 5 days after Botox injections and 10 - 14 days after fillers to receive treatments. It’s recommended to receive your facial and brow treatments prior to your injections to ensure a healthy base.
